Positive affirmations have been motivating self- regulation therapy for me and I want to share this healing technique with the world. My art pieces have been inspiring for me as they build me up and come from my own imagination. The empowerment has come from the idea of already being the woman that I aspire to become with my daily commitment to myself. Envisioning myself as being my own hero, I know that 'I am her'... I was born female and I remain female. I am embracing my feminine energy and healing in recovery from domestic violence on females who have had to step into masculine energy when dealing with weak males. I am her, the queen that I was born to become, always being the best version of myself.
